Are you looking to improve your overall strength, technique, or cardio. I'm a Certified USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach as well as a CrossFit Level 2 coach. I work with power lifters, olympic lifters, crossfitters, marathoners, as well as high school athletes looking to improve in strength in the off-season. This consists of basic medical coverage at an event: including standard medical kit, basic wound management, injury evaluations, taping, and immediate treatment.
